Beautiful outfit but the buttons came off in first wear

We loved the outfit as it was for our boys christening. Our baby is only 7 months old and not crawling yet so I was disappointed that both buttons on the outfit have come off during the wear of it. The buttons looked loose upon arrival of receiving the item.
