• Full priced items: Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for refund, store credit or exchange.
• Sale items (including all sale events, all reduced items and items purchased with a sale code): Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for store credit or exchange only.

FREE EXCHANGES: If you wish to return your item for a exchange, no return postage fee will be charged. Just send it back (via the portal below) and we'll get the new item out ASAP to you!

STORE CREDIT (FREE RETURN): If you wish to return your item for a store credit, no return postage fee will be charged, AND we will provide an additional 10% store credit. The store credit can be used on any future order (3 year expiry).

REFUNDS: If you wish to return your item for a refund, a $12 postage return fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the cost of the return (shipping cost and re-warehousing cost).
