• Full priced items: Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for refund, store credit or exchange.
  • Sale items (including all sale events and items purchased with a sale code): Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for store credit or exchange only.

How to Return

  • If you wish to return your item for a refund, a $10 postage return fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the cost of the return (AUS ONLY).

  • If you wish to return your item for a store credit, no postage return fee will be deducted from your store credit, AND we will provide an additional 10% store credit (AUS ONLY).

  • If you wish to return your item for a exchange, no postage return fee will be charged (AUS ONLY).

  • All items must be returned in their original unwashed and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached.
  • Gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • We’re unable to accept returns of Designer Kidz items purchased via third-party retailers. Please directly contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.

Faulty or incorrect described items

  • If you have received the incorrect item or if your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us via email at sales@designerkidz.com.au and we will sort it out for you asap. 

New Zealand & International RETURNS

  • Simply print off and fill out our Returns Form (which can be downloaded here), and send it along with the returned items back to us. If you don't have access to a printer, you can write out the required information on a piece of paper or note.
  • Your shipping satchel should have a second unused seal. So when you send your return back, you can just re-seal & re-send the satchel that your order came in. 
  • Please allow up to 10-15 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Designer Kidz recommends that customers return their items using traceable mail (with a tracking code), as we are not responsible for items that are lost during transit.
