That's why we aim to ship within 24 hours of your order. All orders received before 11.00AM (AEST) on business days are shipped the same day (from our Melbourne warehouse). Any orders received outside these times will be shipped the following business day. If your order contains pre-order items, then your order will be held until all items in the order are available for shipping. Please note the below shipping timeframes are only estimations, and actual shipping timeframes may vary. Please note all prices are in AUD.

Pickup from our Melbourne Warehouse (Derrimut). Please note the following:
- Pickup is Free and is only available for orders over $80 (after any discounts have been applied)
- Pickup is only available for customers with Victorian addresses
- Pickup hours are strictly between 10am - 1pm, Monday to Friday (not including public holidays)
Pickup address and instructions will be emailed to you once the order is ready for pickup, so please keep an eye on your emails (and junk folder).

Tracking information is included with your shipment confirmation email. Whilst customers will be contacted if there are any delays in the dispatch of orders, any shipping delays are unfortunately out of our control. Designer Kidz cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss and/or damage relating to deliveries.
For international orders, please take into account your countries' customs and laws which can cause minor delays. As each country has different laws and taxes, we cannot take responsibility for any potential taxes or duty that are applied. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees are not included in our ordering process and payment for import charges or duties is the sole responsibility of the customer.
