MELBOURNE CLICK & COLLECT
All pickup orders received before 1.00PM (AEDT) on business days are ready for pickup the same day from our Melbourne warehouse.

- Our warehouse is located in Moorabbin
- Click & Collect hours are between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Please only collect once you have received the pick up confirmation email.
- If you need your order urgently, we'd be more than happy to help, but please email us ahead of time so we can assist!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Full priced items: Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for refund, store credit or exchange.
- Sale items (including all sale events, all reduced items and items purchased with a sale code): Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for store credit or exchange only.
FREE EXCHANGES: No return postage fee will be charged. Just send it back (via the portal in the link below) and we'll get the new item out ASAP to you!
STORE CREDIT (FREE RETURN): No return postage fee will be charged, AND we will provide an additional 10% store credit. The store credit can be used on any future order (3 year expiry).
REFUNDS: For refunds, a $9.95 postage return fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the cost of the return.
Please note the following:
- All returns must be received back into our warehouse within 30 days of the date your order was delivered to you (otherwise the return may be liable to be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost)
- All items must be returned in their original, unwashed and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached. If the returned items are deemed to be worn and/or washed, they will be returned to the customer at their cost.
