We offer fast local delivery in Melbourne for customers who need their order sooner! A member of our team will personally deliver your order to you. If you’re located within our Melbourne local delivery area, your order will be delivered directly to your door, either the same or next business day.

How it works:

Local same/next day delivery costs a flat rate of $19.95.
Orders over $50 are eligible

Orders placed before our 1pm cut-off are delivered either the same or next business day

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Full priced items: Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for refund, store credit or exchange.
Sale items (including all sale events, all reduced items and items purchased with a sale code): Can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for store credit or exchange only.

FREE EXCHANGES: If you wish to return your item for a exchange, no return postage fee will be charged. Just send it back (via the portal below) and we'll get the new item out ASAP to you!

STORE CREDIT (FREE RETURN): If you wish to return your item for a store credit, no return postage fee will be charged, AND we will provide an additional 10% store credit. The store credit can be used on any future order (3 year expiry).

REFUNDS: If you wish to return your item for a refund, a $12 postage return fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the cost of the return (shipping cost and re-warehousing cost).
